Effective for all ages, Expressive Therapy opens the path to healing by honoring the open tension systems that cut you off from your spontaneity. It dips into the well of your natural inherit resources liberating energetic and creative pathways.  By engaging in Expressive Therapy, you participate in your own healing, using the language of your own psyche. It is guided from within, rather than imposed from without.

Psychodrama clarifies issues, increases physical and emotional well being, enhances learning and develops new skills. It is effective for all ages in developing more spontaneity and creativity. Participants work out their problems by acting them out spontaneously and testing a variety of responses; thus, allowing them to learn to shape outcomes that are potentially more satisfying. The results foster healthier and more positive connections with others.

Mindfulness allows you to become more intentional and less habitual beings by making skillful choices and connecting more deeply with life... “the miracle which can call back in a flash our dispersed mind and restore it to wholeness so that we can live each minute of life.” (Thich Nhat Hanh)

Kevin is a trained experiential and group therapist and continues to attend specialized training in psychodrama with nationally recognized trainers.  Currently, Kevin facilitates an eating disorder group at Magnolia Creek as well as facilitating several personal growth workshops at Onsite Workshops in Tennessee.
